Refund policy

At ENTREPEE, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window.

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Requests submitted after 30 days from delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

4. How to Start a Return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will review and provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.


7. Refund Approval & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.


8. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need an exchange, contact us within the 30-day return window with your order number and supporting photos.


9. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.


10. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
