1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

There are:

  • No minimum purchase requirements

  • No hidden shipping fees

  • No additional delivery charges

The price you see at checkout is the final price (excluding applicable taxes).


3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed:

  • On weekends

  • On public holidays

Will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the shipping date.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, high demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after shipment, please contact us.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit – Please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

  • Marked as delivered but not received – Please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.

  • Damaged upon arrival – Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.


8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
